View header information for an asset depreciation schedule

At the Asset Management main menu, select Assets / Asset Level Depreciation | Depreciation Schedules. The Depreciation Schedules By Asset Number display screen appears.
Right-click on the schedule and select Display Header. The Display Depreciation Schedule screen appears.
To reset the schedule's status, click Reset Status . If the schedule status is Active, it will be changed to Closed. If the schedule status is Closed, it will be changed to Active. If the schedule status is Entered, reset status is not allowed.
To view the schedule's rates if the depreciation frequency is annual, click Annual Rates . The Display Depreciation Annual Rates screen appears.
To view the schedule's rates if the depreciation frequency is monthly, click Stepped Rates . The Display Depreciation Stepped Rates screen appears.
