Print a list of assets

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Assets / Asset Level Depreciation | Work With Assets. The Display Assets - All Assets screen appears.
2. Click Print . The Asset List Request screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Companyis the company whose assets will be listed. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the company from a list.

   Facilityis the facility whose assets will be listed. A value is required. It defaults to your facility. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   Classis a specific asset class to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the class from a list.

   Sub-classis a specific asset sub-class to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the sub-class from a list.

   Yearis a specific manufacturing year to report on. Leave blank for all.

   Manufacturer Codeis a specific manufacturer whose assets should be listed. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the manufacturer from a list.

   Model Codeis a specific asset model to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the model from a list.

   Statusis a specific asset status to report on: all, active, or sold. It defaults to active. You can click on the Prompt button to select the status from a list.

   Poolis a specific equipment pool to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the pool from a list.

   Pool Typeis a specific type of pool to report on: vehicle, non-vehicle, or all. It defaults to all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the pool type from a list.

   Detail/Summary/Bothflags whether to print a detail report, a summary report, or both. You can click on the Prompt button to select the report type from a list.

4. Click Enter . The report will print on your default printer.
