Assets with no postable depreciation

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Assets / Asset Level Depreciation | Assets With No Postable Depreciation. The Assets With No Postable Depreciation display screen appears.
2. To toggle between all, no active, and closed schedules, click All/No Active/Closed .
3. To print the list:
   1. Click Print . The Assets With No Depreciation Schedule screen appears.
   2. Fill in the fields as required.

      Schedule Typeis a specific type of depreciation schedule to report on. If left blank, the report will list assets with no postable schedules. You can click on the Prompt button to select the schedule type from a list.

      Include Pool Typesidentifies whether to report on vehicle pools only, non-vehicle pools only, or all pools.

   3. Click Enter . The report will print on your default printer.
4. To view details about an asset, right-click on the asset and select Asset Details. The Display Asset Details screen appears.
