View estimated delivery information for an equipment order

1. At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Tracking button. The Order Tracking display screen appears.
2. Click Estimated Delivery View . The Order Tracking - Estimated Delivery display screen appears.
   • This screen lists order tracking information by estimated delivery date. The display includes units that have been received if one or more of the add-on POs for the unit have not been received.
   • The Last Due Date could be either the estimated delivery date of the main unit or the last due date of the unit's add-on POs.
3. To toggle between all pools, lease pools, and rental pools, click All/Lease/Rental Pools .
4. To toggle between all units and parent units only, click All/Parent Units .
5. To view add-ons associated with a unit, right-click on the unit and select Add-on PO Dates. The Maintain Add-On Due Dates for Unit display screen appears.
