Specifications table

During the acquisition process, the specifications of the unit being ordered are recorded. This table is used to define all possible specification codes to Enrich. Once defined here, they can be attached to a standard specification, which is used as the starting point for the actual unit spec when drawing up the order.

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Administration | Tables | Acquisition | Specifications. The Edit Specification Code change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Edit Specification Code add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Spec Codeis a code identifying a particular equipment specification.

   Specification Descriptionis a short description of the specification, e.g. tractor/trailer config.

   Serial Noidentifies whether or not the specification/item will have a serial number. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.

   Itemis a stocked item that will be associated with the specification. It is optional. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the item from a list.

4. Click Enter to save the specifications.
