Milestone pools

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Administration | Tables | Acquisition | Milestone Control. The Display Milestones screen appears.
2. Click Change . The Edit Milestone change screen appears.
3. Right-click on the milestone and select Change Pools. The Edit Milestone Pool change screen appears.
4. Click Add . The Edit Milestone Pool add screen appears.
5. Select the Pools that will be affected by the milestone.

   Pools: are specific equipment pools that the milestone will be limited to. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the pools from a list.

6. Click Enter to save the pools.
7. Click Exit to return to the Edit Milestone change screen.
