Copy equipment details from other requisitions onto an equipment PO

This option allows you to copy equipment details from an existing requisition onto an existing equipment purchase order.

1. At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Purchase Orders button. The Work With Equipment PO display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the order and select Change. The Equipment PO Detail change screen appears.
3. Click Copy . The Copy Requisition display screen appears, listing requisitioned items for the specified location that have not yet been placed on a purchase order.
4. Right-click on the item to be placed on the purchase order and select Copy. You return to the Equipment PO Detail change screen, where the item appears as a line item on the order.
