Change tracking information on a unit

1. At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Tracking button. The Order Tracking display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Change. The Edit Order Tracking change screen appears.
3. Change any field values as required.

   Unit Numberis the number assigned to identify the specific unit.

   Pending Serial Numberis the serial number assigned by the vendor.

   Estimated Deliveryis the date delivery is expected on the unit. You can click on the calendar button to select the date.

   Ship to Branchis the location the unit should be delivered to. You can click on the Prompt button to select the branch from a list.

   Assigned Branchis the location the unit will be assigned to (domicile). You can click on the Prompt button to select the branch from a list.

4. Click Enter to save the changes.
